

The height of the notification area is limited so each new message will be added to the top. You can display any number of notifications and they will be displayed until they are removed using clearFormNotification. But the form-scripting would still be required. Here is an example of form level notifications applied to a form. But for more specific customizations JavaScript is a much better tool.
